1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LettoTV Creator Studio, the related Creator Studio website, and associated features and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Letto TV ("Letto TV," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and must meet the minimum age, account, and legal eligibility requirements of every platform you connect. If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the Service only with that consent.
If you use the Service for a business, organization, channel, or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms and manage the connected accounts and content on their behalf.
3. The Service
LettoTV Creator Studio provides creator tools that may include media import, clip editing, vertical formatting, captions, thumbnails, transcription, text-to-speech, publishing workflows, livestream information, cross-platform chat, analytics, and related features.
Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed. Some features may require separate software, hardware, platform approval, account permissions, subscriptions, API availability, or third-party services.
The Service does not guarantee that content will be accepted, processed, published, displayed, monetized, recommended, or remain available on any third-party platform.
4. Connected accounts and permissions
You may connect supported third-party accounts through authorized authentication flows. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining control and security of your device and connected accounts.
- Reviewing the permissions requested and disconnecting access you no longer want.
- Ensuring that you are authorized to post, read, moderate, or otherwise act for each connected account.
- Reviewing all content, captions, privacy settings, audience selections, and account destinations before publishing.
You authorize us to use approved permissions only as needed to provide actions you request through the Service. We may suspend a connection when required by a platform, security concern, expired authorization, or these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, import, create, or process through the Service ("User Content"). You grant Letto TV a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, modify, format, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and perform actions you request.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for your User Content, including music, gameplay footage, voices, likenesses, trademarks, third-party clips, and any material contained in it.
You are solely responsible for User Content, publishing selections, disclosures, endorsements, sponsorship labels, privacy choices, and compliance with applicable law and platform policies.
6. Acceptable use and responsibilities
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate law, another person's rights, these Terms, or the rules of any connected platform.
- Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, sexually exploitative, or that invades privacy or publicity rights.
- Scrape, harvest, profile, track, or collect platform-user information without authorization.
- Circumvent platform review, consent, rate-limit, watermark, authentication, security, or publishing restrictions.
- Interfere with the Service, introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, reverse engineer protected portions, or access accounts or data without authorization.
- Misrepresent affiliation, endorsement, account ownership, engagement, identity, or the origin of content.
- Use automation to spam, manipulate metrics, mass-message users, or perform conduct prohibited by a destination platform.
7. Third-party platforms and services
The Service may interoperate with third-party platforms, APIs, software, and providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, technical limits, and availability.
Letto TV is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, account restrictions, moderation decisions, lost reach, deleted posts, demonetization, data practices, or other acts or omissions of a third party.
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Discord, OBS, Streamer.bot, and other names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Letto TV.
8. AI-assisted and generated features
Some features may use automated or AI-assisted systems for captions, transcription, editing suggestions, thumbnails, metadata, text-to-speech, or other outputs. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or similar to content produced for others.
You must review outputs before using or publishing them and must ensure that you have the rights and permissions needed for any voice, likeness, music, media, or generated material. AI-assisted output is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
9. Letto TV ownership
The Service, software, interface, branding, design, code, documentation, and other materials supplied by Letto TV are owned by Letto TV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service for its intended creator workflow. This license does not transfer ownership and does not permit resale, unauthorized distribution, sublicensing, or creation of a competing service using protected parts of the Service.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect connected accounts at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compliance, nonpayment, technical protection, or a violation of these Terms.
On termination, your license to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." LETTO TV DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of source media, project files, credentials, exports, and published content. The Service should not be your only copy or archive.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETTO TV AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, CONTENT, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR ACCOUNT ACCESS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Letto TV for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Letto TV for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Letto TV and its owners, affiliates, licensors, contractors, and providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your User Content, connected accounts, violation of these Terms, violation of law or platform rules, or infringement of another person's rights.
14. General terms
Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer, reorganization, or operation of the Service.
Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Letto TV regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject.
